Thank you for shopping with Rishikesh Divine. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to assist with returns and exchanges.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • We have a 7 day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.

  2. Return Process:

    • Return will be processed within 7 days.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

  3. Refunds:

    • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method in 7 business days. Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take upto 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shop@rishikeshdivine.com with your order number, photographs of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after it has been processed:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then, contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@rishikeshdivine.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at shop@rishikeshdivine.com and follow the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
